I used to live in New Mexico (many years ago) but just went back for the Balloon Fiesta in October. I went to ASU, too. I look forward to checking out your blog!
The Balloon Fiesta is just an awesome site! Everyone should experience it once. Geaux Sun Devils!
Hi from another “lifetime underachiever”. Followed your comment on my blog back here and am enjoying exploring your writing. How cool that you worked at Yellowstone — was it a great experience for you, or just another job? I always wonder if it’s as fascinating as it seems….
Yellowstone was a spiritual experience for me. In a personal way not a religious way. The work was work. I worked in the resturants. But being in such a diverse and beautiful place was an absolutely wonderful experience. I miss it dearly. It is the only time in my life I was truely at peace.
Enjoyed your posts! They were inspiring. I’ve blogged before and it can be very catharic. I shall look forward to more posts to read, but it will be hard to surpass your post from Jan 21… about the homicide officer.
Thanks for stopping by and reading some of my writing. I will work hard to surpass that particular story. I have another that is my fav actually. 🙂
“It Ends Today” was moving. Scared me at first; didn’t know it was fiction. Whew, I was holding my breath. The story sucked me in. Loved it.
Glad you enjoyed it and it had that reaction for you. I appreciate the kind words very much. TY
I really enjoy your blog. Honestly. I do.
I’ve nominated you for a blog award 🙂

AnElephantCant help thinking you are not all bad if you like Annie Lennox (a fellow Scot) and the wondrous Vincent. Cheers!
Thanks for the follow, darling — I do hope you drop in for a laugh — apparently it’s good medicine. Not as good as Tylenol, but still. If you think “No More I Love You’s” is good, check out “Why”. I bawl my eyes out at how beautiful it is. I’m crying just thinking about it. Gotta go clean myself up!
Shoo, I trailed you here from a “like” on my site (thanks for that, by the way) and have found so much goody. I love Annie Lennox. The video for “No More I Love You’s”—! Brilliant and disturbing and everything that is Annie. And if I could live anywhere it would be in the Southwest. And a banner of Robin Williams…Can’t wait to find more.
